Through self-awareness and family system-based methods, I help uncover the deeper connections and support the process of inner alignment.

Szabó Gabriella

I’m Gabriella Szabó. I completed my studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University. A very defining period of my life was the 25 years I spent at the National Institute of Oncology, working among cancer patients. Throughout my 40 years of professional experience, I observed that physical health and emotional functioning are closely connected. Long-term emotional burdens, blocks, and unprocessed inner patterns can also affect our overall balance and well-being. This realization led me toward self-awareness methods and approaches that work with the family system.

My studies include, among others

All of these have shaped my understanding of our existence, the way we function, and the order of the world, while also transforming my attitude toward people and events.
