2. Description of the Service
The Service Provider offers individual consultation and group self-awareness services, in particular Family Constellation, with the aim of supporting personal development.
The service does not constitute healthcare or psychotherapeutic treatment.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointments are booked online through the Service Provider’s website.
A booking becomes valid when it has been confirmed by the Service Provider and the participation fee has been received.
4. Payment Terms
The service fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
The payment deadline is specified in the confirmation sent after booking.
If the fee is not received by the specified deadline, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
5. Cancellation and Modification
Booked appointments cannot be cancelled or modified.
Paid fees are non-refundable.
By making a booking, the Participant expressly accepts this condition.
6. No-show
If the Participant does not attend the booked appointment, the paid fee will not be refunded.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service Provider accepts no liability for the consequences of personal decisions made during or after the service.
The Participant uses the service at their own responsibility.
8. Data Processing
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

9. Other Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
Amendments enter into force upon publication on the website.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
